Product planning


Job Responsibilities:


1. Make annual overall product development plan according to the company's development strategy, brand positioning, tonality and market information;


2. Participate in product research and development, product design, sales strategy suggestions, assist in planning online and offline marketing programs to achieve product market and sales goals;


3. Understand the trend of water purification industry and market development trend, deeply dig and refine product value, be responsible for product market positioning, pre-market demand research and planning, and put forward constructive plans for product market positioning, product packaging and price strategy;


4. Market research, analysis of competitive products, new product proposal, and assistance in product development and project approval; Conduct comprehensive communication and planning for new product launch, including product sample follow-up, testing and inspection, and preparation of product filing materials;


5. Based on the market feedback after the launch, put forward product improvement, product line extension and elimination schemes, and determined the adjustment content of new products;


6. Regular analysis and optimization of department workflow and business standards;


Qualifications:


1. College degree or above, more than 5 years product planning experience


2. Major in marketing, Advertising, journalism or related;


3. Familiar with market research methods and small household appliances products is preferred;

General Manager Assistant


Job Responsibilities:

Structural engineer


Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for structural innovation and structural design of new product development to ensure the rationality, reliability and novelty of new product structure;


2. Participate in the organization, coordination and follow-up work of pilot mold and trial production of new product development, and participate in solving technical problems in the process;


3. Responsible for the preparation of various related documents in the process of new product development, and ensure that the process control documents meet the R&D process and related quality management standards;

Qualifications:


1. Familiar with CREO and AUTO CAD design and development software;

R&d engineer


Job Responsibilities:


1. Participated in the water purification system project of products developed by the company;


2. Responsible for the preliminary research of new systems and products, including system feasibility analysis, preparation of technical standards and requirements, and formulation of test schemes;


3. Conduct methodological research for registered products and write relevant registration application materials;


4. Participate in industry association meetings and academic exchanges;


5. Cooperate with r&d personnel in system research and development to solve technical problems related to the system in the process of product research and development;


6. Product performance analysis, technical feasibility study and evaluation in the development and design stage.


Job Requirements:


1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry/mechanical/mechanical engineering or related;


2. Experience in purifier system design and other related industries


Familiar with laboratory instrument operation, interested in filter industry;


4. Strong communication and coordination ability, research spirit, strong ability to work under pressure;


5. Solid theoretical foundation and testing experience, familiar with material properties, able to independently solve problems related to development and testing;


Cet-4, able to read foreign standard materials independently;


Material development background, familiar with water treatment, water purifier and other related knowledge


Domestic water purification system development, electronic control design experience is preferred




Purchasing supervisor


Job Responsibilities:


1. Verify and confirm the company's internal or external procurement requirements according to the requirements of the department, timely follow up the action flow of products or services and supervise the follow-up, and coordinate and report the latest progress.


2. Familiar with the supplier access system, reviewed and selected suppliers, strictly reviewed the "quotation", summarized and screened suppliers' price and other key information according to the requirements of the department, regularly updated and sorted out the supplier information database, and carefully and meticulously improved contract management.


3. Have an understanding of all links in the supply chain and manage projects; Be able to independently make forms, maintain customer relationship, and expand upstream and downstream relationship. Timely communicate and deal with the quality problems encountered during the use of products.
